International Construction Manager Our prestigious client requires experienced Construction Managers to deliver key construction projects in various locations across the Middle East, Europe and Canada. The successful candidate will have an established history of planning, monitoring and controlling processes along with excellent negotiation and communication skills in order to ensure your project is delivered within budget and inside the expected timeframe. The successful applicant will have experience of projects in excess of 10 million USD with at least 8 years construction management experience. Our client desires a proven history of delivery of high specification, high rise projects in metropolitan areas. The ideal candidate will preferably be educated to Degree level within Construction Management, along with an industry recognized affiliation such as Project Management Institute (PMI) or Association of Project Managers (APM). Excellent English communications skills are essential for this position as is the language of the country of the assignment. Gulf Cooperations Counsil (GCC) experience is preferred along with a sound knowledge of worldwide markets and a stable career history
